01Accepting these terms
By signing in or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the system.
02Who may use it
The PDBBM Tracker is only for staff of the PDBBM Program, DSWD Field Office XII. New accounts stay inactive until the Administrator checks and activates them. The Administrator may deactivate an account at any time, for example when a staff member leaves the program.
03Your account
- Use only your own account. Do not share your password or let others sign in as you.
- Use a strong password and change it right away if you think someone knows it.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account.
04Honest records
- Log a location only when you are really there. Photos must be taken live with the in-app camera.
- Do not use fake GPS apps, old or edited photos, or another person’s photo.
- DARs, COAs and plans must be true and complete.
The system checks GPS accuracy, the face in each photo, the camera date and repeated photos. Records that fail these checks may be returned or flagged for review.

06Confidentiality
Data in the system is for official use only. Keep personal information of staff and communities confidential, as required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
07If rules are broken
Misuse may lead to suspension of your account, administrative action under DSWD and Civil Service rules, and, where it applies, liability under RA 10173 and the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175).
08Changes and availability
We may update the system and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We try to keep the system available at all times, but it may be down briefly for maintenance.
